Journey
Bishop Obiagbawasi Stanley Kelechukwu, popularly known as Bishop Obi K. Stanley, is a Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter and the founding overseer and spiritual leader of Archangels Adoration Chapel of Christ Peace Land. The fourth of eight children, he was raised in a devout Christian family by his father, who baptized him and instilled in him strong spiritual foundations. From an early age, Stanley desired to serve God, growing up as a mass servant in the Roman Catholic Church with the intention of becoming a monk.
In 2011, he traveled to Ghana, where he was mentored by the late Prophet Michael Mensah Owusu. A defining encounter came on March 23, 2013, in Tema, Accra, while washing a church altar carpet on the seashore. He experienced a vision of heaven opening and was divinely instructed to establish a chapel that would transform lives and gather souls in continuous worship. This revelation gave birth to the Archangels Adoration Chapel of Christ the Peace Land, envisioned as a solution and pilgrimage center of worship and peace.
His music ministry, known as "The Voice of God Through Music," is dedicated to gospel worship, praise, soul-stirring gospel music, and messages of Christ’s saving grace. Through music, he emphasizes healing, deliverance, peace, and salvation, making his work a soul-saving movement and generational blessing.
Notably, Bishop Obi K. Stanley was ordained a Reverend Minister in 2020, Apostle in 2021, and consecrated Bishop in 2023, all by Perfect Bible Institute, Ghana. He continues to serve God with fear and faith, guided by his father’s teachings and committed to raising a sound that touches lives, heals hearts, and glorifies Christ.
